(1) The university will give the specified certificates to the students, trainees or researchers who have achieved the specified higher education.

(2) Significant contribution in the educational and academic field. The University may award honorary degrees to indigenous and foreign scholars.

(3) The University may award honorary degrees to indigenous and foreign distinguished citizens.

(4) The University may grant honorary degrees to any indigenous or foreign It may recognize the degrees of foreign universities or educational institutions and determine the equivalence and level of those degrees with the academic degrees of different levels of the university.

(5) The degrees according to sub-sections (2) and (3) shall be granted with the approval of the Assembly.
